Tuition Policy
Tuition costs are averaged out for a weekly amount and already take into consideration holidays, teacher workdays, and possible inclement weather.
No adjustments are made for short weeks
Tuition is posted and due Friday evening and must be paid on Mondays BEFORE arrival.
Attendance is never permitted if there is a balance associated with the student regardless of who is responsible for payment
Failure to comply will result in an immediate $25 fee and require pick-up if the balance is not promptly cleared
A refundable deposit will be required should this policy be disregarded
If your child is absent on Monday, tuition must still be paid online before 5:00pm.
A $25 late fee/child will be posted to your ledger by 5:01 pm if there is a remaining balance
Our holding spot rate applies when a child is absent for the entire week. The applies to CAPS families as well, because we are not permitted to bill without at least one day of attendance. CAP families must ensure that their child attends at least ONCE per week to avoid this charge.
Tuition is still due by 5:00 pm on Monday
Overpayment credits can be applied to the following week or refunded
We require a written (e-mailed) two-week notice for withdrawal.
Clocking In/Out
Parents and authorized persons are required to clock their student in and out each day. This requires a working smartphone. If you do not have one please let us know so that we may provide an alternative.
Infant and toddler parents may send a message in the Procare App to let teachers know when they are 10 minutes away. This helps the teachers provide optimal service by having your little one ready upon your arrival.
Please note that you may not always get a response, but we see the message 😊
Late Pick-Ups
We charge a $5/minute late fee for pick-up past our closing time. This balance must be paid upon arrival.
*Students cannot attend when there is a balance on the account

These policies were developed and refined over the years to provide structure. We notice that when the terms are presented up front expectations are clear and the relationship thrives. Our house rules may be strict, but they are there because you deserve this level of organization and structure. Any and all recommendations will be taken into consideration. We are not too good to learn from you. As appreciation for reading this far, I would like to credit your account $25.00 towards your registration fee. To redeem, reply to this email letting us know you read this welcome letter and would like your credit! Ya better know everything in this letter!
Lastly, customer service is one of our top priorities at this center, but we truly believe it’s a two-way street. We ask that any concerns be promptly voiced so that we may have an opportunity to correct. Not all centers are a good fit for every family, but we will try our best to make things work. We also take behavior issues very seriously, and will do our best to work with parents to resolve issues. A Fun Time-Out reserves the right to refuse service when we feel as though the relationship is no longer a healthy one or if we feel as though we cannot accommodate the needs of the child or parent.
